His work spans healthcare, fintech, government, and consumer sectors, pairing investor-grade analytical depth with pragmatic, operator-minded execution.

Barón holds an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Management, where he continues to serve as a mentor and Cornell Pride board member, and a BFA from Otis College of Art and Design.
